What exactly is covered by unlimited remote support?
Remote support covers all interventions that can be carried out remotely: software troubleshooting, updates, configuration, user assistance, and problem analysis. This represents 70 to 80% of day-to-day interventions. Physical interventions (hardware replacement, cabling) are additional depending on the contract chosen.
Do you only work during the ski season?
No, we are available 12 months a year. The summer season is actually ideal for longer-term projects: server migration, network upgrades, team training. Annual contracts cover both seasons and allow you to plan ahead before the busy period.
Do you work with hotel management software?
Yes. We have experience with the main PMS (Property Management Systems) used in the French Alps: Hôtel Protel, Guestline, Clock PMS, Medialog. We handle maintenance and liaise with software providers in the event of a complex bug.
What happens if you cannot resolve the issue?
We escalate to our specialist partners and manage the relationship with software publishers on your behalf. You have a single point of contact for all your IT problems, even when the solution involves a third party.
Is there an initial audit before signing a contract?
Absolutely — and it is free with no commitment. We carry out a complete assessment of your hardware, network and security practices. This allows us to recommend the right contract and anticipate any work needed before the season starts.
